Audit-ready disclosures

Your decommission, documented and disclosure-ready

Every project comes with a verified account of where your assets went—diversion rate, donation value, recycling certificates, and carbon avoided metrics. Built for the executives who file reports, not just the teams who run operations.

What you get

Five figures your sustainability team can actually use.

Built from the same chain-of-custody tracking that drives site operations so figures are defensible, not estimated.

Landfill diversion rate by weight

Exact weights categorized by material stream, providing audit-grade data for waste reduction and circularity disclosures.

Donation receipts & charity confirmation

Every non-profit donation is verified and documented with official recipient details, supporting corporate tax credit requirements.

Third-party recycling certificates

Complete chain-of-custody documentation from certified recycling partners for all processed raw materials.

Community value generated

The fair market value of donated commercial assets, calculated and isolated as an independent philanthropic metric.

Carbon emissions avoided

Scope 3 emissions avoided through diversion, reuse, and remanufacturing, calculated against verified carbon methodologies.

Methodology & Framework Alignment

Verified against ISO 14001. Built to slot into your framework.

We track material streams with operational rigor regardless of your internal disclosure model. Our line-item data aligns directly with Scope 3 category guidelines and maps cleanly into UN SDGs 11 and 13—supported by reporting processes reviewed alongside Deloitte to guarantee audit-ready precision.

Tree-planting is part of the report, too.

Trees planted through our International Tree Foundation partnership are tied directly to your project scope and calculated within your final carbon legacy figure—with no separate line item required.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about ESG reporting

It is included with every decommissioning project and partner program at no extra cost. There is no separate contract or tier to buy into—reporting is built from the same chain-of-custody tracking data that runs the project itself.

We track material streams, weights, and chain-of-custody destinations at the line-item level, which maps cleanly to most common waste and circularity frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP) and to LEED waste diversion credits. Our methodology is ISO 14001-aligned. While we do not file disclosures on your behalf, the underlying data is structured to drop directly into whichever reporting framework your enterprise uses.

Yes. LEED waste management credits are awarded on weight-based diversion evidence with a verifiable chain of custody, and that is exactly what the report contains — tonnage by material stream, the destination of each stream, and third-party certificates from the processors that handled it. Our methodology is ISO 14001-aligned, and the same underlying data supports LEED submittals.

To be precise about what we do and don't do: the credit belongs to your project and your LEED consultant files it. We are not the certifying body and we don't submit on your behalf. What we provide is documentation built to survive the reviewer's questions rather than a summary you'd have to reconstruct evidence for later.

Diversion rates are calculated by total weight rather than simple unit counts. Asset categories—including donations, resale, and recycled materials—are evaluated using established commercial weight standards and verified transport metrics at site departure to determine your final diversion percentage.

Yes. The client portal exports both: a formatted executive PDF summary for filing and audit presentation, and a CSV file containing underlying line-item details if your team wishes to conduct internal analysis or feed data into internal BI platforms.

You get both. Your client dashboard features an aggregate corporate profile view that tracks your overall multi-site diversion metrics, while giving you the ability to drill down into any individual project or location for site-specific reporting.

Yes. If you have the required documentation we can audit and format your historical data into a verified, audit-ready ESG report that aligns with Scope 3 and global disclosure standards.
